โœ…Ecosystem Model and Sustainability

Our gaming ecosystem relies on the ability of players to earn (play to earn: P2E) while playing the game. This implies a sound and sustainable economic model ruling our game logic.

P2E: How can a player earn by playing MetaGo?

By playing the game, players will have countless ways of earning MetaGo tokens. Here are the most sustainable and practical ways for players to gain tokens:

  • Professions: Gather, craft, and sell. By collecting resources from the environment and turning it into valuable items, players can become active parts of the game's economic system. As a player levels up in his or her profession, he or she will have the opportunity to craft better and rarer items and sell them at higher prices. This is one of the most difficult routes, as leveling up in professions will require a lot of XP and therefore time.

  • Fight: fighting in the Arena requires a token wager, which will be a good source of revenue for players. In addition, the game will reward performing players with bonuses at the end of successful fights.

  • Quest: through quests, players will be rewarded with XP and MetaGo Tokens for their progression. The more you level up, the more you'll earn. The rewards will be of relatively low value in the early level but increase substantially as time goes by.

Ecosystem Model: how is it sustainable?

2% of our token tax is sent to a foundation wallet. Those tokens, in addition to the "ecosystem tokens" (currently locked), will be used to sustain rewards to new players. Rewards are given for Quests and combat wins. Players will be required to hold a minimum number of tokens in order to play the game, creating a floor price. All transactions, purchases, and progressions require the use of the MetaGo token. A sufficient chunk of tokens should circulate back to the foundation wallet.
